“The Color Vibe 5k had the pleasure of coming to Tupelo , MS in 2014 and to this day it is the BEST city that we have been to! We had the opportunity to work with Seth Gaines and he was a perfect host! Not only did he take us to a local hot spot for food, he also voluntarily worked at our event and was always there when we needed help. Seth, is awesome to work with and gets things done! Tupelo may not be a huge city, but it definitely is the HEART of Mississippi! We can't wait to return to Tupelo in April, 2015 and put on another great event for the residences!”

—Daniel Pete, Color Vibe

“The Tupelo Convention and Visitors Bureau went out of their way to support the MHSAA State Swimming Championships. Their efforts were crucial in making the event a rousing success for our schools and student-athletes in the first year at the Tupelo Aquatic Center. This was no surprise to anyone, since these folks customarily do a terrific job of hosting events at the highest level of professionalism, with unequaled care and hospitality."”

—Don Hinton, Mississippi High School Activities Association

“Tupelo is always one of the first locations we contact to host any USA Ultimate college event for the southeast. Their staff is incredible to work with, the facilities are in great shape, and the prices are always better than any comparably sized complex. We’ve hosted some kind of event in Tupelo for 4 straight years, and I anticipate that streak continuing for a long time.”

—Andrew Francis, Men’s College Coordinator

“I have hosted the Gulf Coast Sectional Ultimate tournament in Tupelo for 3 out of the last 4 years. I know that when I want to host a tournament in Tupelo I just have to make one phone call and everything that I need will be taken care of. In fact, every year that we've gone back, they have found a way to improve on the experience. The city staff are very responsive and professional. During the event they are always available to handle any unexpected issues that may arise. As long as I am in charge of this tournament I will continue hosting it in Tupelo, and I will definitely recommend Tupelo to whoever takes over after I resign my position.”
