Hannah + Karly

Overview

Karly Clayton (from Mooreville, MS) and Hannah Roye (from Pontotoc, MS) joined forces in 2014 and took on the music scene as a duo - jokingly called "The Two Broke College Girls." Together, they have won or were finalists in competitions such as the 2014 & 2015 Don't Be Cruel BBQ Duel (Tupelo, MS), Cotton District Arts Festival (Starkville, MS), 2015-2019 County Line Music Festival (Baldwyn, MS), Country Showdown (Henderson, TN), and more using their original music. They have been featured on Z98.5's Local Licks radio broadcast, in The Invitation magazine, and are regulars on the north Mississippi music scene playing places such as: Romie's Grocery, Lonestar, Bucks, The Local House, The Jefferson Street Taproom, Mojo's, Amsterdam, Georgia Blue Starkville and Southaven, El Veracruz (all northeast MS locations), Bucks BBQ, The Lamar Yard, and multiple other venues. They have recently extended their travels to Missouri, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. They’ve also opened for artists such as Trent Harmon, Daryl Singletary, the Kentucky Headhunters, ‘The Voice’ finalist Red Marlow, Erin Enderling, Steve Azar, and Julie Roberts.
